Feenix Setup for Windows

Run the Installer

Open the downloaded Feenix-Setup.exe file. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" → "Run anyway". This is normal for new software.

Choose Install Location

Select where to install Feenix (default is fine) and click Install. The installer will create a desktop shortcut and Start Menu entry.

Start Free Trial

Open Feenix. On the first screen, click "Start 7-Day Free Trial". No license key needed — try all features free for 7 days.

Enter School Details

Enter your school name, address, and contact info. Then create an admin account with a username and password.

Start Using Feenix

You're in! Add your fee structure, add students, and start recording payments. The app works 100% offline — no internet needed after setup.

💡 Tip: Other staff can access Feenix from their computers by opening a browser and going to the LAN address shown in Settings. Only one installation needed!
